MSWIT Christmas Party helps families in need!

The December 18, 2019 meeting for Mid South Women in Tourism turned out to be much more than a festive Christmas gathering.   Through the help of the New Orleans Family Justice Center, we were able to provide toys and clothing for the children of three different families who are victims of domestic violence.    

Board members pre-purchased items on the wish list provided to us by NOFJC and our members generously donated funds to not only cover the costs of all the great gifts, but also have money left over for us to do something again at Easter time.

On behalf of the New Orleans Family Justice Center and it's families, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to you and all the members of MSWIT for the support and generosity all of you have shown to our agency.

It is because of people like you our families were given hope this holiday season and in supporting us to provide services and hope to families of violence and abuse within our community.

The families adopted expresssed sincere gratitude and there wouldn't have been Christmas without your support and generosity.
