Our next MSWIT dinner meeting will take place on "Wednesday", July 27 at the Crescent City Brewhouse (527 Decatur St.). This is the FINAL RSVP request so please check if your name is on the list below.

Speaker change! Due to a totally unforeseen conflict with Davon Barbour (DDD Executive Director) being honored in a special ceremony by Biz Magazine on July 27th, we have rescheduled Mr. Barbour for our January meeting to kick off the new year!
As all members should realize by now, our upcoming Biennial Fashion Fundraiser on September 10th takes a lot of planning and hard work. Since several attendees of the July 27 meeting have never experienced our fabulous Fashion Show Fundraiser, we thought it would be helpful for everyone to hear from the two benefitting organizations to better understand the importance of our collective hard work. After you learn about the great services these nonprofits provide - with a huge emphasis on services for women in our community -- you will quickly understand why we produce this big event every other year. We are so pleased to have Tammy Swindle, Executive Director of the Cancer Assn. of Louisiana and Sharon Henry, Community Outreach Director with the Family Justice Center - New Orleans come share their special insights on how our funds raised help them serve so many of their clients.
