MSWIT August 30th Meeting at the Vue Orleans on top of the Four Seasons Hotel

Our August 30th evening reception meeting will be a night to remember! Get ready for an exciting event of interactive fun, networking, educational entertainment, spectacular view and delicious food stations and libations!
David Rand, General Manager of the newest attraction in town...VUE ORLEANS at the top of the Four Seasons Hotel, along with his new Sales Manager, our own MSWIT member Laurene Miller, are extending a warm welcome to experience Vue Orleans.
We won't have private access to this new attraction until 6:15 pm, after it closes to the public SO...in the meantime, we have another exciting opportunity!! Marvin Andrade, Group Sales Manager of the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, will offer private tours of the hotel lobby/1st floor, the 5th floor (more restaurants, pool and spa) and one of their luxurious guest rooms! These tours will start as early as 5 pm and will run every 15 minutes in groups of 10 on a first come, first served basis (sign up sheets will be on site). The gorgeous lobby bar will be available on a cash basis, there's various areas for seating and networking in the lobby and there's also cool lemon water accessible inside near the entrance.
At 6:15 pm, we will gather everyone to head over to the outside entrance of the Vue Orleans (on the downriver/ferry landing side of the hotel). We will head to the 2nd floor which has many extremely high tech interactive exhibits as well as their unique gift shop. This 2nd floor area would normally take at least an hour to experience everything (before advancing to the 33rd & 34th floors) but you can always come back down to enjoy after you get some food and complimentary open bar at our special reception which will be set up on the 33rd Floor and catered by the Four Seasons Hotel! (This floor has more exhibits to enjoy!) When you're ready, take the special elevator to the 34th Floor outside rooftop 360 observatory/magnificent view of our great city. Keep in mind, you are in for a virtual experience just by riding the two different inside elevators!!!
Parking: There are numerous options for parking. Cost is not too bad if you share a ride with others!

- Self parking steps away on Poydras St. at the WTC Garage - $13 for two hours or $18 for 3 hours
- Download the Premium Parking app for reduced rates at their lot on Iberville by the Westin Hotel
- Go to Harrah's Casino after and "track" play on a player's card for 30 minutes for validated free parking!
