Our November MSWIT "Lunch" Meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 16th at Zea's in Kenner (W. Esplanade near Esplanade Mall).
Networking begins at 11:30 am and our Program and Lunch starts promptly at Noon. Details regarding our very special speaker to be announced within the next few days.
As you know, the Houma area was among the worst areas affected by Hurricane Ida. MSWIT members Sondra Corbitt and Chantel Deville and the entire staff of the Houma Terrebonne Tourist Commission have initiated a special Christmas toy drive for their devastated families with children. MSWIT New Orleans is using our Pay It Forward funds from recent 50/50 fundraisers to purchase as many toys as we can. If any members would like to bring a nice unwrapped toy with them to the November meeting, we will see to it that the toys get delivered to the Houma Travel office.
