Member Spotlight – Maggie Kelly

 

Maggie has 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, gaining experience through various sales and operational management roles, with a strong focus on sales.  She is a sales leader laser-focused on building relationships, growing market share and driving revenue as the Area Sales Manager of the J Collection of Hotels overseeing 11 hotels with her current focus and base at the Jung Hotel. 

 

Throughout her journey, she has been fortunate to achieve significant milestones, including receiving a nomination for Hilton’s CEO Light & Warmth Hospitality Award early in her career as well as earning multiple Leadership Awards during her tenure as a sales leader. Navigating the dynamic hospitality landscape has taught her invaluable lessons in resilience, adaptability, and the power of collaboration. She takes pride in her ability to lead a team effectively, fostering an environment where creativity and teamwork flourish.

 

In her spare time, Maggie is passionate about her personal travel (she happens to be a certified scuba diver) and she creates art for a local gallery on Royal Street!
