Our next MSWIT dinner meeting takes place on Tuesday, November 19 at Don’s Seafood in Metairie ( 4801 Veterans Memorial Blvd. ) Their new private room can accommodate 60 maximum so be sure to get your RSVP in early.

Our speaker for the evening is Arita Bohannon, Jefferson Parish Council District 4 who will share her insights on balancing being a Wife, Mom, Jefferson Parish Councilwoman as well as a Business Owner of Bohannon, Mayer and Associates Law Firm…plus an award winning Author, Speaker and Philanthropist.

We have an amazing menu for our 3 course sit down dinner where you can choose among 8 different entrees and be ready to give your order to your waitress.

APPETIZER
CUP OF SEAFOOD GUMBO

One entrée choice per guest

FRIED SHRIMP
Served with French fries

GRILLED CATFISH
Served with a stuffed potato

CRABMEAT AU GRATIN
Lump crabmeat prepared in our famous creamy au gratin sauce. Served with Stuffed Potatoes

CATFISH ACADIAN
Pond-raised Louisiana crawfish filet fried and topped with crawfish étouffée served over rice.

SHRIMP AND GRITS
Grilled Gulf shrimp in a creamy garlic butter sauce over sweet corn grits.

RIBEYE
12 oz. aged ribeye. Served with a stuffed potato.

SEAFOOD COMBO
Stuffed shrimp, fried catfish, fried shrimp, fried oysters and shrimp étouffée. Served with French fries.

GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST
Marinated in our Italian dressing. Served with a stuffed potato.

DESSERT

WHITE CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING
Homemade, topped with rum sauce.
