MSWIT Annual Membership Drive Luncheon takes place on Tuesday, June 23 at The Jung Hotel

MSWIT Members…

We expect a large attendance for this month’s special “Membership Drive” lunch meeting on Tuesday, June 23 at The Jung Hotel.  At this meeting we are inviting “Qualified Prospective Members” as our guests for lunch.   We already have started our list of suggested interested potential members.   Contact Bobbi for more details.

MSWIT Members Ryan Sheckart, Maggie Kelly, Carolynn Laudun and the culinary team at The Jung, will provide a delicious buffet lunch for all of us.  The sales team will be on hand to assist with any questions about their ballrooms, meeting rooms and even sleeping accommodations.  There’s even a special raffle for anyone able to take time to view what they have to offer. 

Our buffet will include…

SALAD
12 Salad
Assorted greens, vine ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and cucumber
served with Creole vinaigrette
SOUP
Chicken & Andouille Gumbo
Succulent chicken breast, slow cooked in a rich stock and dark roux with
Andouille sausage, the Holy Trinity, and Cajun seasonings
served with Louisiana long grain white rice
CARVING STATION
Grilled Gulf Fish (GF)…Grilled gulf fish with a citrus beurre blanc sauce
Chicken Roulade…Free-range stuffed breast of chicken, lightly seasoned and served with Andouille Cornbread Stuffing and baked to a golden brown.
ACCOMPANIMENTS
Creamy Mashed Potatoes…Buttery Yukon potatoes whipped until smooth
Grilled Asparagus…Fresh asparagus grilled with oil, salt, and pepper
DESSERT
Praline Bread Pudding
A classic New Orleans-style bread pudding, baked light and fluffy, then topped with
house-crafted praline sauce and candied pecans (Contains Nuts)
 

Our very special SPEAKERS for this big event are Tiffany Isemann and Rachel Funel with New Orleans & Company addressing IPW 2027  and how you and your company can get involved. 

 

Networking Begins at 11:15 am with a Cash Bar

Presentation: Begins at 12:15 pm or as soon as everyone has their lunch plate and is seated
