Our next MSWIT dinner meeting takes place on Tuesday, May 26 at Boulevard American Bistro’s new “private” Independence Room in the Independence Mall located in Metairie at 4241 Veterans Memorial Blvd. There’s plenty of free parking and we will enter in the special group entrance located adjacent to the restaurant.

The topic for our esteemed panel of speakers will be “Tourism Advocacy Essentials” sharing practical tips and messaging to help women advocate for tourism and take advantage of benefits available to them through connection with their lawmakers and community leaders.
The Boulevard is offering an excellent 3 course dinner menu with choice of entree…
First Course: Salad
House Salad
bacon, tomatoes, chopped egg, sourdough croutons
Second Course: Entree (choose 1)
A. – Fire Roasted Half Chicken
slow roasted, natural jus, mashed potatoes
B. – Barbecue Ribs, Half Rack
tender wood grilled, fries
C. – Veggie Burger
“chef’s recipe blend” patty, topped with Monterey Jack cheese,
lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and a soy glaze
all served on a sesame brioche bun, with fries
Third Course: Dessert
Walnut Apple Cobbler
served warm, vanilla ice cream

This special private room is limited to the first 50 RSVPs so be sure to get your RSVP and payment in as soon as possible.
Networking begins at 5:30 pm with a CASH BAR; program starts promptly at 6:00 pm and we plan to be finished no later than 7:45 pm.
